How many version of Power BI are there?

There are three types of Power BI, the first version is free and included in all Office 365 Plans.  You can sign up for Power BI any time you like.  Power BI Pro is an $9.99/user/month, also included in Office 365.  Power BI Premium is not a type of user license, think of it as an upgrade to your entire company’s capabilities. This version is for an Enterprise size business.
